Social Media Support for Launch Events

Support newly renovated bar with promotion and attendance at launch events x 4

BRIEF

SOYO contacted Pick & Mix Marketing, a member of The NC Group, to support with the promotion of their newly refurbished bar to help generate engagement and interest online and to ultimately drive attendance at their launch events over the first 2 weeks of opening.

PROCESS

Pick & Mix Marketing set up guestlists for each event and promoted through the use of Social Media posts, events, Social Media Advertising and Social Media engagement.

A hashtag was created for the launch to support with the promotion and engage customers to generate content.

Competitions were created to raise awareness and generate conversations online.

Results:

  • 260 guestlist signs up for the initial launch night (after only 5 days of promo)
  • Over 1,300 attendees at the event across the night – 500-600 capacity club
  • 50 guestlist signs up for week 2
  • Instagram coverage from attendees through using the use of the hashtag
  • Over 10k organic reach from Competition entries generated
  • 300k Social Media impressions generated over 2 weeks
