Our Digital Partner CRM were contacted initially to produce a user-friendly website. Over the 12 years of our relationship, the partnership has grown to include various e-commerce solutions inclusive of ticketing, customer seating, paperless entry and a third-party concert booking system.
An ever growing e-commerce solution was developed to enable the racecourse to control all of the day to day running for the racing season. Their bespoke ticketing and booking system controls all orders for the racecourse along with reporting and printing of tickets and badges. 2019 was an exciting year for both partners as we rolled out a paperless and e-ticketing solution for both customer and entry. In addition to this bespoke solution, we also produced a pre-book seating ticketing system for restaurants and other third-party events such as concerts.
